First the easy one...

Here's what it looks like after you take out the rubber grommet and run a wire through it:

A final view in the engine bay:

It comes out just above the accelerator on the interior:

There is another grommet access located behind the glovebox. To access it, remove the glove box outlined in the link below. With the GB out there is another rubber grommet through the firewall that exits in the plenum near the cabin filter. The grommet hole is at the right rear corner of the cabin filter cradle.
